本着投资少、效益高,优先采用适合我国国情的使用技术的原则,潍坊鲁瑞环保水处理设(she)备有限(xian)公司根据目前国内同类生活污水处理技术的现状,在综合考察各种废水治理技术的基础上,结合本项目的实际,拟采用“化粪池+格栅+调(diao)节池+缺(que)氧池(chi)+生(sheng)物接(jie)触氧化+MBR+二(er)氧化氯消毒”工艺进行污水处理,MBR几乎(hu)不需要排泥,通(tong)过回(hui)流(liu)(liu)即可(ke)维(wei)持运行(xing)。具体流(liu)(liu)程为:污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)收(shou)集汇入化(hua)(hua)粪池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)经(jing)(jing)格栅去(qu)除(chu)其中(zhong)较大的杂质(zhi)和(he)漂浮物(wu),再经(jing)(jing)调(diao)节池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)调(diao)节水(shui)(shui)(shui)量水(shui)(shui)(shui)质(zhi)后(hou)进(jin)(jin)(jin)入缺(que)(que)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),去(qu)除(chu)大分子有(you)机物(wu),同(tong)时提高(gao)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)可(ke)生(sheng)化(hua)(hua)性(xing)。在缺(que)(que)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)进(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)反硝化(hua)(hua),通(tong)过硝化(hua)(hua)液(ye)的回(hui)流(liu)(liu),去(qu)除(chu)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)的总(zong)氮(dan)(dan),并提高(gao)氨氮(dan)(dan)的去(qu)除(chu)率。缺(que)(que)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)进(jin)(jin)(jin)入接(jie)触氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),内设填料,增加污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)与(yu)好氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)微生(sheng)物(wu)的接(jie)触面积,使污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)的有(you)机物(wu)等大幅降低。经(jing)(jing)好氧(yang)(yang)(yang)(yang)处(chu)理后(hou)的污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)自(zi)流(liu)(liu)进(jin)(jin)(jin)入MBR池,mbr膜池内置污泥,通过曝气维持污泥活性(xing),进一步去(qu)除有机物,并过滤澄清水质。MBR膜池的水通过自(zi)吸泵提(ti)升(sheng)至消毒池(chi),经二(er)氧化氯(lv)发(fa)生器消毒后进入(ru)清(qing)水池,清(qing)水池储存的清(qing)水达标排放。清(qing)水池的水可(ke)以对MBR膜进行反冲洗,潍坊(fang)鲁瑞环保水(shui)处理设(she)备(bei)有(you)限公司(si)具体工艺流程图如下:
